Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Cloudflare account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
